1. Use of this website

This site is provided to help business owners understand their payment processing costs and to request a free review. You agree to use it lawfully, to submit only information you are authorized to share, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to access the private parts of the site.

2. The Savings Calculator

Results from the Savings Calculator are estimates based entirely on the numbers you enter. They are not an offer, a quote, a contract, or a guarantee of savings. Your actual rate and savings depend on your real processing statement, your card mix, your business type, underwriting, and applicable rules. Final pricing is confirmed only after a review of your actual statement. The calculator runs in your browser and does not send your numbers to us unless you choose to email yourself the summary.

3. Submitting a statement

When you upload a processing statement through the Contact page, you confirm that:

• The statement is yours, or you are authorized to share it on behalf of your business.
• You understand it will be stored privately and may be shared with Paybotx for underwriting, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for removing any information you do not want reviewed (such as customer card numbers) before uploading. We do not need, and ask that you do not send, full cardholder data.

Statement uploads are optional. You may also email your statement to me directly, or keep it and share it on a call. A standard review takes 24 to 72 hours once we have your statement.

4. Our partnership, no forced commitment

Everett Enterprises does not build its partnerships on long term contracts or early termination fees. Our partnership is based on a handshake and a relationship that grows over time, we earn your business every month, not with a signature that traps you. If another company ever serves your business better, we would rather you switch. Nothing on this site creates a binding processing agreement; any actual program is set up separately, in writing, only if and when you choose to move forward.

5. Cash Discount and traditional processing

Cash Discount programs and traditional processing are legal, regulated pricing models. Their terms, fee caps, and surcharge or discount rules vary by state and card network, and any preferred traditional rate must be confirmed against a real statement. Every program we structure is designed to comply with applicable state law and card brand rules. Estimates shown on this site do not override those rules.

6. No professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or accounting advice, and our reviews are not a substitute for guidance from your own advisors. Before making pricing, compliance, or tax decisions for your business, consult a qualified professional.

7. Outside services

Our processing programs are powered by WAYVE | PAYBOTX, and this site may link to or rely on outside tools (such as email, storage, or booking services). We are not responsible for the practices or content of those third parties, and their terms apply when you use them.

8. Limitation of liability

This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everett Enterprises and I are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its estimates. Our total liability for any claim related to this site is limited to the amounts, if any, you have paid us.

9. Intellectual property

I own the Everett Enterprises name, logo, and site content. You may not copy, redistribute, or republish site content without permission. "Paybotx" and related marks belong to their respective owners.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
