Privacy Policy

I am Tyler Everett, the Profit Partner behind Everett Enterprises, not a processor. The business is powered by WAYVE | PAYBOTX. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, who can see it, and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain language so you can read it yourself, but it is still a legal notice and should be reviewed by your counsel before it is relied upon as a final privacy statement.

Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us, and only what we need to review your processing costs and follow up with you:

  • Contact details, your name, business name, email address, and phone number, submitted through the Contact page or sent to us directly.
  • Notes and preferences:anything you tell us about your current processor, gateway or software (such as Clover, Square, Toast, Authorize.net, or NMI), your preferred fee structure, and your preferred rate.
  • Processing statements, a recent monthly processing statement (one of the last three months) that you upload for review, or email to us directly.
  • Basic technical details, the type of browser and device you use, collected automatically in server logs, to keep the site running. We do not use advertising trackers.

How your statement is stored

When you upload a statement through the Contact page, it is sent over an encrypted connection to private cloud storage, not a public link and not a folder anyone can browse. Only the Paybotx underwriters and I can view uploaded statements. We use them solely for underwriting when needed and to confirm what rate or program is achievable for your business.

Your contact details and the fact that you submitted a request are saved in a private database record tied to that upload, so I can follow up with you directly.

How we use your information

We use the information you share with us to:

  • Review your current processing costs and prepare a clear, statement based proposal.
  • Communicate with you about your review, your numbers, and next steps.
  • Set up a Cash Discount or traditional processing program with you, if you choose to move forward.
  • Respond to your questions and honor any request to delete your information.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for advertising. We do not use your statement to market to you.

Who we share it with

We share your information only as needed to do the work you asked for:

  • Paybotx, for underwriting and to stand up a processing program, when you choose to proceed.
  • Service providers, the hosting, storage, and email tools that keep this site and our follow up running. They handle data only on our behalf and under contract.
  • As required by law, if we are legally compelled to disclose information, or to protect against fraud or harm.

The Savings Calculator

The Savings Calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you type in are not sent to us or saved anywhere unless you choose to email yourself the results, and even then, the summary goes to the address you enter, not to us.

How long we keep your information

We keep your contact details and uploaded statement for as long as we have an active relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterward so we can answer follow up questions or handle a dispute. If you ask us to delete your submission and any uploaded documents, we will remove them and confirm once it is done.

Your choices and rights

  • Ask us to delete it. Email Tyler@EverettEnterprises.org and we will delete your submission and any uploaded statements.
  • Ask what we have. You can request a copy of the information we hold about you at the same address.
  • Correct it. If something is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will fix it.
  • Opt out of follow up. You can stop contact at any time, just say so, or use the unsubscribe option in any email.

Security

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we use private, access controlled storage, encrypted connections, and row level protections so that a submission can only be read by the Paybotx underwriters and me for the purposes described. We do not store credit card numbers or payment credentials on this site.

Children's privacy

This website and our services are intended for business owners and the people who run finances for a business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make a material change, we will note it here and, when appropriate, notify you directly.
